Built as a modern family retreat, this home was thoughtfully crafted for comfortable, connected living—inside and out. Designed for a family of five, the space balances beauty, sustainability, and everyday functionality, creating an environment that feels both elevated and effortless.

With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and approximately 2,500 square feet of thoughtfully planned living space, the home offers room to grow while maintaining an intimate, cohesive feel.
