Custom homes

A calm home with generous connections

Explore the relationships between indoor gathering spaces and the garden before settling the plan. Consider the scale of the street-facing architecture and the opportunities for private outdoor rooms.

Questions to bring into your site review

• How can shared living connect directly to the garden?
• Which existing site features should remain?
• How will the plan accommodate work and guests?

These are starting questions for the actual property, not statements that every parcel has the same constraints. A survey, records, and the correct authority help turn them into a feasible scope.

From design to permit issuance to construction

Sky & Song’s full-service offering connects your brief to design and engineering coordination, application management through permit issuance, and the build itself. Required professional roles and deliverables are set for your project.

You make the decisions that shape your home. Our team coordinates the documents, responses, materials, sequencing, and communication that connect those decisions to construction.
