Custom homes

A site-first approach to a personal retreat

The right design starts with knowing the land. Bring grade, access, engineering investigations, and utility planning into the conversation before fixing the home’s placement and floor levels.

Questions to bring into your site review

• How can the home work with changes in level?
• What site information will structural design depend on?
• Where can outdoor space connect without excessive grading?

These are starting questions for the actual property, not statements that every parcel has the same constraints. A survey, records, and the correct authority help turn them into a feasible scope.

From design to permit issuance to construction

Sky & Song’s full-service offering connects your brief to design and engineering coordination, application management through permit issuance, and the build itself. Required professional roles and deliverables are set for your project.

You make the decisions that shape your home. Our team coordinates the documents, responses, materials, sequencing, and communication that connect those decisions to construction.
